30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email funding@coinagehunters.com with your order number and reason. Do not send an item back without authorization and return instructions.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, including size, fit, preference, or buyer-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error, CoinageHunters will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate remedy.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact funding@coinagehunters.com promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.
