Shipping Policy

CoinageHunters products are produced and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners.

Order processing

Most items require production before shipment. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, although high-volume periods, product availability, or quality-control checks may require additional time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed.

Multiple shipments

Products may be fulfilled by different facilities. A single order may arrive in separate packages, and each shipment may have its own tracking information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier delays can occur because of weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control. If an order arrives damaged, appears lost, or has not moved for an extended period, contact us at funding@coinagehunters.com with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.

International orders

International availability is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
